MouseTrax Rating: [Not Rated]
We can't honestly rate this book, because this is one of the few on this list that we don't own. (Because Greg hates databases<g> and Dian accesses DBs via ADO.)

But we've been told it's a good book by those who do own it, so we're including it here as a service to our readers. This may be just the type of book you need to round out your library.

Fun Favorites

MouseTrax Rating:
One of the FUNNIEST books I've ever read!!

I nearly choked on soda a dozen times while reading this book...taking a sip and hitting yet another hysterical part. Bill is a travel writer and want to hike the trail for a book. He drags along his best friend who isn't as gun-ho for the adventure. Informative about the trail...and a riot (mis-)adventure book to read. I loved it!

Road Fever
by Tim Cahill

MouseTrax Rating:
Yes, I bought this book because I was intrigued by the cover.

Even better...this turned out to be another hysterical travel adventure book that we have read and reread because it's such a fun ride. Tim and his buddy are out to make a record...by racing from the tip of South America to the Arctic. And as they say, you really get to know people (and get on their nerves) when you spend a lot of time together. Very interesting...and very funny!

A very enjoyable read. "WE ARE ROTO!"

Although the above two books are our favorites...and so funny...we also recommend these additional, very fun and interesting travel adventures by Cahill (and others). If you're looking for books that are fun, easy reads...that will inform you about the world and keep you giggling...these are great choices. And yes, they're all on our shelves or night stands.
